Hi Vijay,

When you change the factory calendar, you must move the values that are now assigned to public holidays to workdays. Use the Copy Management.

The date of the entries is changed accordingly by means of a method. In the following example, the days are shifted to the following workday. The info structure must have the time unit 'Day' and the factory calendar must be entered (Transaction MC7F). You could also change the query insofar that a fixed value is entered in the method for the factory calendar.

When you are using the Copy Management, you need to copy the source version into an intermediate version. In a second run without method, you can then copy the source version again to the original version if the conversion has been successful. When copying, you need to make sure that the flags 'Initialize target version' and 'No automatic period conversion' are activated.

The method is available as scenario in the standard system as of Release 3.1H. The scenarios can be accessed via Copy Management using Transaction MCSZ.

Please refer OSS note 68392 - Planning: Factory calndr is changed or implemented.

Regards,

R.Brahmankar
