Adjust HRPAD Model

Dear experts.

I am implementing ESS for PANAMA. And want know if I Should execute the  t.code: GENIL_MODEL_EDITOR for change the HRPAD component and

Create dependent object(s) IT0002_<molga>.

Panama is not a country  whose localization is not  provided by HX-CEE Add-On.
