Create a prompt on Date column. Find the below screenshot.

In web Intelligence, Take a blank cell (Go to Report Element -- Cell -- Blank) and drag Date object into that blank cell.

or

In WEB I, Go to Analysis -- Filter-bar -- Add Date object to Filter (so that user can select a date).

Take a blank cell and write the below formula

=If Drillfilters ([Date])="" then  "All" else Drillfilters ([Date]) // if you doesn't select any value it will show "ALL" or else the blank cell will display the particular selected Date.
