Job profiles here require minimum of 2 years of experience in most of the fields, I'm tired of trying to get in as a fresher in Companies that run SAP. That's the whole reason why I'm planning to return back to India for my training in SAP, when I come back I'll have atleast 1 year experience plus basic knowledge on SAP. And by consultant I meant Job Consultant who is also helpless, without experience there is nothing much he can do to boost my profile to his clients.
My silver lining was the associate consultant training for freshers... if there are good training centers that give us thorough training on the basic's, and a glimpse/overview of how a SAP project starts and ends, that would have been a great place for me start.
Please correct me if my ideas or my thought process I'm wrong.
and regarding work permit in USA, with your experience and knowledge.. I'm sure if you try, you'll easily get it without any trouble! Give it a try
