Hi Experts,

I am very new to Alv IDOC's with HR,  Here whenever a record is created by pa40 or pa30 action for  the custom infotype(9020)

the related segments of custom infotype need to be pic up the data and generate idoc.

i need a logic for that , could u please give me some help .
