With out Maintaining Relevant POD In CMR ..to customer ,This issue is not possible to come
i have one doubt please let me know .....
I Assume
1) May be after creation Sales order ,may be some one Deactivated POD config ?
Now please create another sales order just create delivery once and PGI Still You are getting same Error ,Defiantly it belong to Program error
Please test it and please let me know
