We are creating the report using BEx query and we want to display the description associated for a key column (which is used in crosstab). Key and Description are two separate fields from the BEx query.
When we tried with the option suggested, we are unable to find the Description column under fields for "Display Name" formula.
Normally when we use a RDBMS database, we find all the columns of the query on left hand side and we can select the required column to display in other versions of Crystal Reports.
Is there any limitation when we use BEx query in terms of using a field under Display Name?
