Dep Key Not Allowed

I have created a new dep key, i am getting the error Dep Key Not Allowed while trying to assign it to the asset master

i have checked its already active.

Base method       0011   Ordinary: percentage from useful life

Decl.-bal. method 001    0.00x / 0.0000% / 0.0000%

Prd cont          001    01/01/02/02

Multilev.meth.    001     0.0000%
