A colleague and me have downloaded the C4C Outlook add-in and we keep getting the following error message when trying to log in.
We are on Outlook 2013 and the add-in used to work for me. But last week, I had a full reinstall of my laptop.
The add-in installation seems to have worked fine. I can see the add-in in the ribbon. The necessary folders have been created.
Has anybody got any idea?
