SAP ESS Ui5 Landing page blank

Hi All,

We are implementing ESS in EHP7 and Ui5.

The Landing page is showing blank and the status is "Loading". with an error - Error while fetching catalogs.

I have run the HTTP trace using F12 and found an error.

Typeerror: Unable to get  Property 'catalogid' of undefined  or null reference.

I have tested the services HRESS_EMP_PRO_G and HRESS_LEAVREQ_G from backend and its working fine. However when I execute HRESS_EMPMENU_G showing a blank screen.

Please help where the settings went wrong
