VA01 missing custom fields MV45AOZZ after upgrade

Hi.

I added some custom fields to VA01, using program SAPMV45A and include MV45AOZZ....2 years ago..

Everything was working fine until we did an upgrade to SAP.

Now the system is sap ECC 6.0 EHP6, before was SAP ECC 6.0 EHP0  (last week upgrade)

I tried to find some note...no luck.

This is the screen now.

Any helps.
