Hi Mohan,

We can use CurrentUser() function to get the our user name when we run the report.

Make this in a variable User

Use an alerter like below

when logged_in user equal to CurrentUser() (Make the cell contents in red color)

apply this alerter on the rating column

Then this gives the highlighted results for respertive user logged in
