SAP Role and Profiles to add new users in BPC 10

Dear BPC Experts,

I am trying to add new users to the BPC 10 system.

Our Basis team have created a new user in BW system and when I try to add that new user to the BPC team, I am unable to do so.

I get following message:

"System Exception:

You are not authorized to Assign Roles."

I have Primary, Secondary and Sysadmin task profiles assign to my user id in BPC web.

Do I need to have additional roles and profiles in BW system? I do not have SAP_ALL profile. Is it require to add new users to BPC 10?
