Hi Manish,
Go to SMP Admin > Logs, and increase the traces of IGW to debug and enable it. It gives more information on the error to troubleshoot it.
Btw, the error which you got on the missing libraries is ignorable. Since you have added the SMP libraries, it's fine too.
