In EhP6 you can use the Workforce Viewer (HRPAO_PAOM_MASTERDATA) instead of the embedded Nakisa OrgChart, which leverages HTML5 instead of Adobe Flash. See more details here:
Otherwise you just need to download the EMBORGCH content from SMP and implement it in SAP. There are no other transports needed as with the SOVN OrgChart application. Be sure to check out the SAP Notes for EMBORGCH as there are many very important Notes that need to be implemented.
