But you are just giving fragments as information. Is it an old document, is it already counted, posted? when was the status set, what detailed restrictions has the status. Had you tested it yourself, what was the result?
Actually you have created a kind of inconsistency.
If you have stock and it participates in a physical inventory, then you have to be able to do inventory adjustments.
From an auditor point of view I would rather remove the material status than deleting a line in a physical inventory.
