From an SAP Jam perspective (meaning, I'll answer the items related to SAP Jam, specifically, not within the C4C UI):
- This is by design in SAP Jam groups - SAP Jam respects the security model of the source data provider (in this case, C4C). Because of this, non-C4C users cannot see ticket information within the SAP Jam group. They can, however, still collaborate within the group fully. Based on customer feedback, we are investigating the ability to explicitly share ticket data with non-authorized users for a future release.
