The problem user is facing is workitems are not going out of user inbox even after he/she complets the job. This issue happens randomly not always. The screen-shots I was posting was of testing client. For now I dont have production instances but before whenever this happened another wf consultant used complete that WI by using FM 'SAP_WAPI_COMPLETE_WORKITEM'.
But now I am looking for parmanent solution this issue. So please help me on this.
