Hi experts,
We are currently facing an issue with the DB2 authentication.
We have created a user on OS level and we try to connect to the database that is DB10.5.
The error that we get is:
SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason "24" ("USERNAME AND/OR
PASSWORD INVALID"). SQLSTATE=08001
The user exists on the OS level but somehow fails on authentication to the DB2.
Now I read that there is this Authentication plugin responsible for the OS-DB2 Authentication.
I dont find it on my system.
Is this the problem and do you have any idea how we should proceed?
