I am able to solve the issue based on your direction. One the side note, just wondering how we do the currency translation.

I have defined the planning function in RSPLAN, gave Cost center in 'Conditions'

(Report needs to display the data in the Cost Center Currency and display the totals USD)

( CC1  EUR 100

CC2    USD  100

CC  Total  190 ( Converted value EUR ))

Do I need to maintain anything in 'RSCUR' ? I know the Exchange rate type, Target Currency to be used. But not sure where to define/link these in the planning function, Appreciate your help.
