I concur with Dell. But you do have two options, one a very faint one, the other will definitely work.
1) Update your install to CR XI R2 (v. 11.5). See the blog Where did all the Crystal Reports XI R1 and R2 fixes go? for details on how to.
2) Upgrade to the currently shipping version of Crystal Reports; SAP Crystal Reports 2013. An eval of CR 2013 can be downloaded from here:
