This is a Windows/FoxPro thing, and not directly a Crystal issue. The MDAC driver from MS is deprecated and no longer installed by default. I would do a search on MSDN for a ForPro db driver - the MDAC driver is available, but there's no guarantee it will work on Win7. The latest driver I could find is here: Download Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Visual FoxPro 9.0 from Official Microsoft Download Center, but the system requirements say nothing about an OS newer than Windows Server 2003.
