As per my understanding, this issue is not related to payslip, this Issue is related to processing classes, kindly check processing class 5.
Kindly elaborate your query, as per your query two deduction wage types are adding to net pay instead of deduction?
I have not understood exactly, PF, P.Tax and IT wage type amounts are not adding to net pay? I think these wage types are secondary wage types and these wage types should be added/deducted with out doing ant changes.
Kindly explain your query briefly with examples so that we can help you in this regard.
