Dear Experts,
Need an urgent help on our situation with IdM. Our provisioning queue MXPV_PROVISION used to be 10 K at the maximum atleast 2 months ago. But then later it starts growing bigger and bigger though the runtimes provision the entries. But now I understand that not all the entries are provisioning especially the DE provisioning and the modify events. I pasted below an example user where there are many items are in queue. I restarted the dispatchers several times, forcefully tried to restart the specific provisioning jobs, only sometimes this action will process some entries but really helpful. Why the status says queued ? Why the ready to run status jobs are not picked by runtimes ? Now I have a lot of complaints because of this, many users have data not been pushed to the backend/ roles are not provisioned etc. Any help will be really appreciated and rewarded by points. Looking forward for a help on this emergency
