As per SAP recovery mechanism when the delta data moves to BW system the same data is moved to delta repeat queues of the datasource. For example, for datasource 2LIS_03_BF you have 30 records in delta queue and you see 30 in totals column of RSA7. And you run the BW extraction then all 30 records will move to delta repeat queue and you will still 30 in totals column of RSA7. To clear all the delta repeat queues too you will have to run the BW extraction 2-3 times repeatedly or until you see totals column as 0.
For 2LIS_03_BF datasource can you do following:
1. Note value of 'Total' column in RSA7.
2. Run BW extraction - First time
3. Check the delta queue again in RSA7 - this time you will not find any record in Delta queue but you will still see the totals value. So check the delta repeat queue instead of delta queue for 2LIS_03_BF datasource - you should see extracted records in that.
4. Run the extraction again from BW - you may repeat this 2 times.
5. Then check RSA7 again. You should see a 0 in totals columns.
Do Not run the V3 jobs in between.
If you still see records in totals there might be a setting in LBWE for direct update which is filling up delta queues but we will look at this later if above steps don't work.
If above steps work then repeat all for all datasources.
