You can refer to the system copy guide by the way of database specify way -> back up & restore.
You just need to follow up the installation tool swpm to install the target system ( system copy, target system), then the swpm will ask you to restore the target system. Then you can follow up the sap note 1003028 to use brtools to restore.
If you want to say what are the Presteps :
1. make sure all the installation medias are in target system
2. make sure the filesystem size is enough
