In this example you first need to make sure the OWL supports a filter by account ID. Once you have this working, then it is simple steps to add an inport which is bound to the account ID filter field and when you bind the EC to the Account TI, bind the public outport Account ID to the inport. When the EC is loaded in the Account TI, the inport is fired and will set the account ID filter. Depending on how you setup the OWL, you can also trigger the query too on fire of the inport so when the EC loads, the list is automatically returned filtered by account ID
