You have parameters that are not relevant for an IAC(and a WEBGUI service) as well as obsolete parameters from ITS 6.20. (These obsolete settings are now set in SICF for the service)

Try with just the following settings if calling as an IAC:

~TRANSACTION      ZCATW

~GENERATEDYNPRO         1

~THEME        99

~EWT_STATICHELP            1

~SYNCBEHAVIOUR noResync

(service ZCATW does have a folder in SE80 called 99 - that has all the HTML templates of the IAC service? Correct?)

if you were to call transaction ZCATW with WEBGUI it should only have the following parameters:

~TRANSACTION      ZCATW

~WEBGUI      1

~SINGLETRANSACTION     1

~NOSPLASH  1

~WEBGUI_THEME   SL

~WEBGUI_SIMPLE_TOOLBAR      122

~NOHEADEROKCODE        1

What are the results of testing ZCATW with above settings?
