Hi Matt,
Did you look at the folder \Program Files (x86)\Sybase on your hard drive and see if PB15 was installed in the proper directory?
On my machine, the Start Button/Programs was correct as you have shown but the files were located in the PB12.5 folder on the hard drive. Not a big deal except for the "Shared" folder was updated by the installation and I like to keep all the file versions separate.
