In REM once you do the good receipt system reduce the planned order quantity.
If you do the full quantity backflush for planned order then system reduce the complete planned order from MD04 and PLAF table this as per the standard SAP system design as per REM profile define in OSP2 for reduction of planned order in control data 2 tab.
