Even if the above said didn't copy the broadcast settings, it is not that big deal to reconfigure the settings.
BI consultant who is already working on the system could easily reconfigure it in few hours. I don't think there will be 100s of files sent. So it could be done reasonably faster.
Please consult with the BI consultant who works with you for the upgrade, you will have a clear picture.
