We would like to implement operation modes in our production system (1 CI + 12 Dialog instances). We want to Analyze and identify the times of low dialog workload in the system. So, is there a way to find out the history of DIA and BTC Workprocess utilization in the system?
Currently checking in ST03N and /SDF/MON for workload but curious to know if there is a way to see history of WP usage?
