Here are the steps, I just took one example to change the "Equipment master Object type" field.

First as useual go to

1) Maintain Object Attributes

2)Maintain Source Structures

Then proceed the other steps from 3 to 10 as normal like LSMW

3)Maintain Source Fields

4)Maintain Structure Relations

5)Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules

6)Specify Files & 7)Assign Files &8) Read Data& 9)Display Read Data& 9)Convert Data & 10) Display 11) Converted Data

Then in step 12) Create Batch Input Session , here select the check boxes as shown

then execute

then follow the last step 13)Run Batch Input Session

then process the data.
