For Late delivery you can charges to supplier but what accounting impact you needs and what are expected accounting entries needed?

Discuss with Finance team and FI/CO team for the real requirement and then you can do for invoicing for late delivery charges in FB60 or Subsequent credit memo in MIRO but depends on business decision.
