Check on which SIA all the services are running. If both of them running, everything should be fine, then you can delete one SIA. There is no harm.
Before you delete, just make sure you are not deleting the working SIA if one of the SIA has an issue.
Stop one SIA, check all the functionality. And next stop other SIA and see if the 2nd one is working.
