- make sure you do not have any DEFAULT variant active
- Rund report BALVBUFDEL after every program change. For no good reasons SAP stores ALV layout information in a buffer and will not renew them before the date has changed.
- What is wa_sort-sub_tot = 'X'. good for?
However, in ALV grid, you will not be able to see the page breaks on the screen. Once you convert the ALV grid to “List Output”, you could see the page breaks or during print from the ALV grid.
