Actually, here, the Employee is hired only for 3 weeks and his salary is processed on weekly basis and this deduction happened on monthly.
So, in that case, either the deduction will be happened in last week of the month or at the time separation (may be in any week).
Also, suppose, if employee is getting three components (1000, 1001 & 1002) so in that case, how the system will come to know at the time of weekly payroll that it is last period of the month and employee separation and how the amount will cumulate so that the deduction would happen.
Could you please throw me more light with pcr or others?
