here is a year end closing document for user guide that can be downloaded from SAP channel partner portal. In the last page of the document, you can find the checklist for year end closing.

For SAP B1 8.81 and 8.82, the document name is How to Perform a Year-End Closing in Releases 8.81 & 8.82 . It is pdf file.

For SAP B1 8.8 and 2007A  the document name is

In both document, there are detail explanation about the prerequisites and step wise to perform the year end closing.
