Hello Mukesh,
1.When you activate an Infoobjec after a modification (in this case Nav Att) the system sends a message of the impact. Take a print screen of that popup and check accordingly.
2. When the new load for that infoobject with Att, you will need to activate it, if the process does not exists, please create it in your process chain.
3. In the Cube you need to switch on you new Nav Att.
4. IF you don't have Multprovider and your query comes directly from CUBE, go to Query Designer and move the Nav Att to the Free Characteristics section or directly to rows or columns.
5. If you have Multiprovider, you need to switch on the Nav Att in Multiprovider and THEN ASSIGN the source (from your cube). Go to step 4.
