A few questions. I just upgraded our BI Platform to 4.2. We have only used Crystal Reports in the past (in Infoview). With this new version I want to use Business Object for dashboards and reports as well as adhoc reporting for my end users.
After reading your product information (View all components...) I have a few questions.
1. What tool do we use to create and manage universes? The product info mentions 2, Information Design Tool and Universe Design Tool.
2. In what download are these tools in? (BI Platform Client?)
