EXACTLY!!!!
I have seen too many companies willing to pay thousands to build complexity to handle some small bit of employees (1-10) because they are "exceptions" because "that's how it's always been" rather than taking the opportunity to question it, change it, better their process and in the end, save money. It boggles the mind....and has happened so much that I just roll my eyes, voice my opinion and carry on billing for it if that is what they force me to do against my "trusted advice".
