I do not see anything other that default.
You can compare yourself the content of CR 2016 registry at:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Crystal Reports\
and this is the only place where Crystal Reports connectivity configured.
To be absolutely sure you can check the Local Machine registry:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports\Database\ (on 64 bit OS)
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports\Database\ (on 32 bit OS)
