Lumira Extension no working in Mobile

Hi All,

I am working with 3rd party extension for SAP Lumira. I have the extensions working on my Lumira Desktop Tool and on the BI Launch Pad, but I cannot get them to display on the ipad through Mobi.

BI system: BI 4.2 SP2

Mobi: 6.4

Lumira: 1.31

Any thoughts how to make this work?
