Yes, CallID is the ticket #. Yes, I am grouping on CallLog.CallID. No, no more groups. Yes, the tickets can have more than one assignment. but, the report only shows on instance of the ticket #, so if that ticket has single or multiple assignments you would know it unless you verified it. And, I only want the report to print or run single assignment tickets.
I am fairly know to CR so can you walk me through this please. Can you please give me the formula to drop in the group header or footer? Never mind, I already do that. but, it's still printing multiple tickets. I dont know what else to do. Could I do this with an SQL query maybe?
