You might have configured Contract Employees separately in the Enterprise structure,for ex Employee Group may be used as Contract and for that Contract Employees you may have assigned different Employee Subgroups....Based on this you can configure working hours and work schedules and absences and absence quotas or these contract employees, using their grouping as the base foundation.based on their groupings you set rules and regulations by configuring the Time Management node in the IMG..be sure about the requirement and follow the menu under Time Management..
