What is the error message you get when you are printing the work order ?
We had a similar kind of issue, when user started using a long text which was tested beyond our expectation, work order got printed but the text was shortened.
In this scenario, we have changed the Work Order Print form to adapt additional text, and this issue was resolved.
I hope your case also similar. If you get a error while printing, we need to check, what is all about, if the text is truncated, then your ABAPer needs to change the print form.
