Unable to Delete PO

Hi,

How to delete the Stock transfer PO which has GI and Delivery Note.? The GI cannot be reversed because the Item was delivered.

Unable to tick Delivery completed. There is error message.

ERROR :

1. Cross-compnay code stock transfer : Check the IR indicator
